Christ Evangelical Bible Institute

Christ Evangelical Bible Institute, or CEBI (formerly known as Phoenix Evangelical Bible Institute), is a full time training school for Christians who have experienced discrimination and rejection.

The Bible Institute was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1991 and shared facilities with Healing Waters Ministries in Tempe, Arizona until it moved to Michigan City, Indiana in early 2007.  Both are independent and non-denominational.

The CEBI staff seeks to facilitate the integration of innate orientations with an emphasis on biblical morality. Moreover, CEBI takes the commission given by our Lord very seriously. That commission instructs us to "go," "make disciples," "baptize," and "teach."

We are convinced that there is a need for Christian workers in all communities who have a sound foundation in the Bible, who are Christ-centered, and who are properly trained in the work of ministry. And, we believe that every Christian has a ministry.

CEBI students may fulfill requirements for a Christian Worker's Certificate (equivalent to one year of full time study) or a Bachelor of Ministry degree (equivalent to three years of full time study). Students may also take courses on a part-time basis without pursuing a certificate or degree. Regardless of the number of courses you take, we do hope you will avail yourself of the many opportunities at CEBI to learn more about your Savior as well as to grow in your walk with Him.
